Yes, we do.
OEM: Clients can modify graphics, languages, logos, and colors based on existing dimensions, materials, and packaging structures; this is suitable for promotional gifts, brand marketing, and rapid product launches in cross-border e-commerce.
ODM: We assist in finalizing specifications, card structures, accessory combinations, and packaging solutions based on the client's game concept, target audience, card count, and budget; game mechanics and original content are typically provided by the client or a professional design team.
Customization scope: Card dimensions, paper or plastic materials, paper weight/thickness, front and back graphics, text/language, corner rounding, surface finishing, card edges, tuck boxes, instruction manuals, dice, chips, logos, and complete packaging sets.
Remarks: We do not manufacture cards that are excessively thick; plastic waterproof cards make up a significant portion of our production; we can produce Tarot cards and have an extensive library of existing die-cutting molds. (Note: It needs to be verified whether items such as dice, chips, game pieces, sand timers, tin boxes, plastic boxes, and special inserts are outsourced or integrated via procurement.) While there is no specific format requirement for design files, the pre-press stage involves checking bleed areas, crop marks, font outlines, image resolution, color modes, card numbering, front/back orientation, language content, and copyright ownership.
The MOQ is 1,000 decks. We also have ready-made stock available, comprising approximately 20–30 designs.
We focus on controlling print color consistency, registration accuracy, card dimensions, thickness, stiffness, corner-rounding consistency, surface scratches, lamination bubbles, edge burrs, card count, sorting order, and the completeness of packaging accessories.
Functional Testing: We conduct tests for folding endurance, abrasion resistance, surface adhesion, water resistance, card slip/glide, paper stiffness, plastic card flexibility, ink rub resistance, package drop, and transport vibration.
Pre-press Control: We verify bleed areas, crop marks, font outlines, image resolution, color modes, card numbering, front/back orientation, language content, and copyright ownership.
Deck Assembly & Error Prevention: We utilize card checklists, numbering rules, and accessory BOMs (Bills of Materials), employing manual checks, weighing, counting, or visual inspection to minimize missing, duplicate, or incorrect cards and missing accessories.
Children's Product Safety: We focus on controlling corner rounding, burrs, small parts, ink, coatings, material odors, and packaging warnings, while confirming applicable safety standards based on the target age group and sales market.
We strongly recommend payment via Alibaba Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard terms involve a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance due upon presentation of the copy of the Bill of Lading.
